Hi, I'm Jason, your partner on this  journey. 


Like many, I spent my 40's feeling life was passing me by.  The pressures of midlife led to me adopting unhealthy habits that dampened my energy and led to health complications.


As I approached 50, I made a bold decision; to focus on health and fitness, despite not being active since my very early 20's. 


I believed if I felt better I would live better and it proved to be true. losing weight, dropping body fat and curing various health conditions in the process. 


Today, I'm dedicated to offering transformative coaching to the middle age community.
